No permission is implied or granted to any companies, parties, or individuals visiting or viewing any media on www.cahpromotions.com or any related social media to copy, modify, publish, transmit, or distribute photographs or videos for any commercial use or monetary gain of any kind without first receiving expressed written consent by Chad Hensiak (owner of CAH Promotions LLC) or an authorized agent of CAH Promotions LLC. We (CAH Promotions LLC) reserve the right to charge fees for commercial use of any of our media. 

 

 

II. Personal Use Criteria

The following is a list of conditions where I, Chad Hensiak, give individuals permission to link to, copy, print, or post photos, videos, and other CAH Promotions LLC media at no charge:

Anyone may print a copy of any photograph for personal reference without further permission.

Students are welcome to download images and incorporate them into school reports, presentations, etc. free of charge and without further permission so long as proper credit in the form of a citation (Photo / video provided by: CAH Promotions LLC) is given.

Anyone can download images to display them as screen savers or computer backgrounds on any personal desktop computer, laptop computer, mobile phone, or tablet that is not being used for commercial or public viewing purposes.

III. Commercial Use

Commercial use of any media owned by CAH Promotions LLC requires prior written consent from Chad Hensiak (owner of CAH Promotions LLC) or an authorized agent of CAH Promotions LLC. To obtain consent, please send an e-mail to contact@cahpromotions.com outlining the following:

1. A description of the media you would like to use

2. Where the media will be displayed

3. How the media will be displayed

4. Intent of displaying the media

5. Duration of time the media will be displayed

6. Any other useful information pertaining to the use of the media

7. Commercial use of any CAH Promotions media without prior written consent is a violation of United States and international copyright laws. Violators will be prosecuted.

In an attempt to maintain the integrity of the copyrighted media found on this site, several copyright protection methods have been utilized. Some of these tactics include (but are not limited to):
