Our Story:

The first experiences most of us have with "professional photographers" is the dreaded school picture day. I was never comfortable in front of their cameras and I know I was not the only one. Most of those photographers did little to help us relax, much less look good in their photos. I feel bad photo experiences like this are the reason some people do not like having their picture taken. It was with this stuff in mind that I founded CAH Promotions LLC in 2016 making it my mission to be a better photographer.

 

In 2020, after years of riding along on my photojournalist assignments and learning everything I could teach him, my youngest son joined me as a second photographer and videographer making CAH Promotions a father and son team. Drake's creativity and photography skills shine and I am proud to work with him and share our passion for photography. We love what we do and as the saying goes, when you do something you love, you will never work a day in your life.

 

Our Mission:

We get it. You are not a professional model and you most likely don’t know what to do in front of a camera. Don’t worry, we understand how you feel. We strive to make your portrait session fun and relaxing so you can be yourself and let those genuine smiles shine through. After all, anyone can learn how use a camera and become a good photographer, but a great photographer also knows how to work with people and capture their personality in every photo. It is said that a photo is worth a thousand words, and that may be, but we say the feelings a good photo evokes are without measure.
